Nokia have just updated their website for the N9 – the Meego powered smart phone that was to power Nokia’s high end smart phone strategy before they ditched it and decided to go with Windows Phone.

The Nokia N9 page says it will be available in October on all three major carriers and through retail outlets.

We’ve had a look at one of their developer phones and the OS looks very smart, the Ovi Store although not crammed with apps has a lot of options for a phone hasn’t even been released yet.

Considering Stephen Elop Nokia’s CEO has said it will be the first and last Meego powered phone will you be buying one?
